JoomlaShine  - a template and extension provider would like to contribute to the Joomla Community in general and Joomla User Groups in particular.

Our Mission

Welcome to the Greater Connecticut Joomla!™ User Group. Having a community of users of Joomla!™ is important to learn, share, teach and network. Since the nearest established Joomla!™ user groups are in NYC or New Hampshire, we decided to start a new group for those who find the distance too great to travel every month.

Our purpose is to create a network of Joomla! Users who can offer expertise, experience, and education with those who have interest in Joomla! in the Greater CT area. We will have a monthly meeting for networking, key speakers, training, and general idea sharing.

We hope to occasionally collaborate with both NYC and New England Joomla! user groups and encourage everyone to try to attend one of these more established groups if the opportunity arises.

In the meantime, please join us as we continue to grow in numbers and knowledge.
